DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT: In order to hold the land arrangements, a deposit of $400 per person is required at time of booking. The balance of the total cost is due 60 days prior to travel.
CHANGES: An administration fee of $30 per change per person will be charged for any changes requested by client or travel agent after deposit has been received and confirmation issued.
CANCELLATIONS: Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to Irish Links as soon as possible. If any trip is cancelled by the company all deposits and payments will be refunded in full. Otherwise cancellation charges will apply as follows to each traveler -
Land Arrangements: After acceptance of the tour, if the client or travel agent cancels the arrangements or does not pay the balance of the price by the due date, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking and the customer will forfeit the deposit; 60 days or more before arrival at the destination, a charge of $250 will apply, 59-28 days before arrival at destination, a charge of $500 per person will apply, 27-7 days before arrival at destination, 75% of the total cost of the tour will be charged and within 6 days or less before arrival at destination, no refund will be made.
Air Travel: Applicable airline cancellation penalties will apply.
UNUSED TOUR SERVICES: No refund will be made for any unused portions of a tour. Green fees are not refundable for any reason other than the formal closure of the course by the golf club concerned; in that case, the customer must submit a claim in writing to Irish Links supported in writing by the club.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Irish Links offers comprehensive travel insurance designed to protect you and your travel plans during the trip. Please enquire for details. Irish Links is not liable for loss, damage or theft or luggage or personal belongings, or for personal injury, accident or illness during the trip.
RESPONSIBILITY: Irish Links tours and travel, inc., and/or its agents, act only as agents in making arrangements for hotels, sightseeing tours and transportation or any other service in connection with the itineraries of individual tour members who by acceptance thereof, acknowledge that the sponsoring organization and/or its agents and suppliers shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act or default of any hotel, carrier or the other company or person providing or rendering the services included in the tours. Further, the sponsoring organization and/or its agents accept no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restraints, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control. Irish Links tours and travel, inc., reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service and to decline to accept or retain any tour member at any time for any reason.
